Hello! We've updated refreshed the management report and meeting minutes from the last couple months, including a early preview of the management report for tonights meeting! As always, you can find them under the HOA Info menu, HOA Board.

As a relatively new resident in the building, I have been curious about the history. I have heard many stories about the Pinnacle, it's early accolades, and it's standing as one of the original high rises of Bayshore. But I have not been able to find documentation, pictures, news paper articles, or any details. So I am putting out the call to all residents or anyone else who can help me fill in the gaps and add the History of the Pinnacle to the website. If you have any information, early pictures of the Bayshore area, original marketing materials, or even history of the construction, please contact me at webmaster @ pinnacletampa.org. I would greatly appreciate it!

As part of the July board meeting, the management company presented their Management Report, and it has been updated on the HOA Board page on the website. Also, the meeting minutes from the June meeting were approved, and they are also available. Meeting minutes are always approved at the next meeting, and therefore will always be posted a month late.

Residents will need to be logged in to review the documents, and can find them under HOA Info > HOA Board
